Framingham's Board of License Commissioners approved a new manager and assistant manager for Lincoln Liquors. The board voted 5-0 on the change for Six Brothers Lincoln LLC at 1 Nicholas Road, conditional on payment of all taxes and fees and approval of all city departments. The proposed manager has been the store's assistant manager since August 2023, and said the current manager left the company.

Commissioner Joseph Sturniolo said the state ABCC upheld the board's Polo Royale decision, and Commissioner Laura Medrano reported four extension-of-hours applications, all approved. The board also voted 5-0 to move its Nov. 9 meeting to Nov. 2 and to approve the June 22 minutes.
