FRAMINGHAM — The Board of License Commissioners approved a one-day Thanksgiving opening for Sixes Pub and three other license actions Monday. Chair Stuart Pologe presided as the board voted 3-0, with Commissioner Shannon McCullough abstaining, to let the Waverly Street pub open at 8 a.m. on Nov. 26. It voted 4-0 to transfer Bernardi Toyota's Class 1 license to Belise BTF, Inc., 4-0 to add a vehicle and three drivers to a livery license pending police hackney approvals, and 4-0 to license Space Cafe at 121 Concord Street with a landlord-authorization condition.

Commissioners questioned why World Market's manager change, signed in March, was filed in November; it passed 3-0 with McCullough abstaining.
