Framingham recorded 19 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, with sale prices disclosed for 11 of them, ranging from $311,000 to $1,670,520 and a median of $665,000. The month's top sale was a condominium unit at 43 Country Farm Rd., which sold for $1,670,520 to Andrew and Lisa Lewkowicz.
