Worcester Road Sale Tops $3 Million as Framingham Records 16 Property Transfers
Framingham recorded 16 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds data. Eight sales disclosed a price, ranging from $270,000 to $3 million, with a median of $522,500. The month's largest transaction was 235 Worcester Rd, which sold for $3 million on Aug. 5 from Three of Hearts LLC to Worcester Road LLC. The other eight transfers, evenly split from the disclosed group, involved grantors and grantees sharing a last name or moving property into a family trust, and none listed a sale price. Worcester Road and Bishop Drive each saw two recorded sales.
