• The month's highest transaction was 45 Country Farm Road, Unit 45, which sold for $1,749,600 on June 10. Grove Street LLC conveyed the property to Carl Christopher Beck and Melissa Beck. A Potter Road property at 472 Potter RD came in second at $910,000, sold June 9 by Gary Jay Litman and Geraldine A. Litman to Anthony Mantia and Elizabeth Cornwall. Third was 27 Janebar Circle at $849,900, sold June 10 by True Legacy Homes LLC to Sydney Kinder. Rounding out the top transactions, 472 Potter Road's neighbor in price was 14 Myrna Road, which fetched $655,000 on June 10 when Simone M. DeSouza sold to Amanda Tan and Tanya Smith; and 18 Royce Road sold for $610,000 on June 8, conveyed by Jeanne M. and Brian P. Engel to Joshua Barrett.
