Framingham recorded 18 property transfers at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10. Ten carry a recorded price so far, ranging from $254,000 to $1,125,000 with a median of $770,000; the other eight show price not yet available, typical of the registry's reporting lag.

The month's top sale was 15 Carter Dr. at $1,125,000, followed by 39 Bridges St. at $1,075,000. At least eight transfers appear to be family, trust or estate transfers rather than open-market sales. One sale, on Guild Road, went to the city's Conservation Commission. The data shows a mix of price tiers rather than a single dominant trend.
