FRAMINGHAM -- A Goodnow Lane residence changed hands for $1,579,900, the highest disclosed price among 11 priced transactions recorded in Framingham between June 12 and July 11, 2026, a period in which eight of 19 total deeds carried no stated consideration.

Bishop Street and the adjacent Bishop Drive each logged one priced sale: 255 Bishop St. at $609,000 and 155 Bishop Dr. Unit 155 at $353,000 — a $256,000 gap on neighboring corridors.
