Framingham October home sales range from $130,000 to $855,000

Framingham recorded 18 property deeds in October, but only nine carried a market sale price, ranging from $130,000 to $855,000 with a median of $280,000. The remaining nine were nominal-consideration transfers, mostly moves of property into family or personal trusts rather than sales.

Framingham recorded 18 property deeds in October, but only nine carried a market sale price, ranging from $130,000 to $855,000 with a median of $280,000. The remaining nine were nominal-consideration transfers, mostly moves of property into family or personal trusts rather than sales. The month's top transaction was 50 Grant Street Ext., which sold for $855,000 on Oct. 2. Condominium units at Worcester Road and Beaver Street accounted for the lowest recorded prices, between $130,000 and $245,000. With half of October's recorded deeds reflecting non-sale transfers, the data shows a mixed month of actual market activity and internal ownership restructuring.
