Framingham Records 20 Property Deeds in September, Led by $1.56 Million Condo Sale
Framingham recorded 20 property deeds between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3. Of those, 11 carried a sale price, ranging from $132,500 to $1,563,330, with a median of $600,000; the other nine had no price yet available from the registry. The month's top sale was a condominium unit at 35 Country Farm Rd., Unit 35, which sold for $1,563,330, outpricing most single-family sales in the data. Three condo units at 126 Beaver St. also changed hands, two to the same buyer. Seven of the 20 transfers appeared to move property within the same family, often into a trust.
