Framingham home sales span $232,400 to $1.3 million as September closes

The South Middlesex Registry of Deeds recorded 20 Framingham property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26. Of the 13 sales with a price on record so far, prices ranged from $232,400 to $1,300,000, with a median of $685,000. The period's top sale was 94 Fenwick St. at $1.3 million, purchased by two LLCs. Seven sales have no price recorded yet, a normal data lag; six of those are transfers within the same family, several into trusts. Higgins Road and Pincushion Road each had two sales. The data shows a routine volume of transactions for the town, with most recorded prices falling between $500,000 and $1 million.
