Leland Street Deal Anchors Active Month of Framingham Property Transfers
Framingham recorded 19 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, with 11 carrying a sale price ranging from $25,000 to $12,250,000 and a median of $810,000. The period's largest transaction was a $12.25 million sale of a commercial property at 146 Leland St. between two LLCs. Eight of the 19 transfers, including sales on Karal Drive, Cypress Street and Bridal Path Circle, listed no price and involved a grantor and grantee sharing a name, seven of them explicitly moving property into a trust. Residential sales ranged from a $362,500 Worcester Road condo to a $1,325,000 home on Gaslight Lane.
