Framingham Records 20 Property Sales From $150,000 to $1.175 Million in Late July

Framingham recorded 20 property sales between July 10 and Aug. 8, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds filings. Thirteen sales disclosed a price, ranging from $150,000 to $1,175,000, with a median of $680,000. The month's top sale was 15 Major Hale Drive, which sold for $1,175,000 to Bo Yuchen and Li Wenxing. Sales included a mix of single-family homes and condominiums, plus several undisclosed-price transfers within the same family or into trusts. No street saw more than one sale, and transactions spread across price tiers from under $500,000 to just over $1 million.
