Board of License Commission · Meeting of June 8, 2026
Framingham's license commissioners approved an all-alcohol license for Los Pinos with a midnight cap on weekend service. The Board of License Commissioners voted 4-0 Monday for the Concord Street restaurant, which was not renewed in 2025 after a second underage violation. Attorney David Rubin told the board "there's a new sheriff in town," pointing to new manager Alexander Argetta, an ID scanner and staff training.
Commissioners trimmed Thursday-through-Sunday alcohol hours from 1 a.m. to midnight and invited the restaurant back in about six months if it stays violation-free. The board also voted 3-0, with one abstention, to upgrade Pueblito Paisa at 66 Hollis Street from wine and malt to all-alcohol, effective only after a separate hearing on its food-service hours.
