FRAMINGHAM — The Zoning Board of Appeals continued a 46-unit condominium proposal on Waverley Street to June 10 and approved eight other requests. Attorney Paul Galvani said the owners are buying the neighboring two-family, bringing the lot to 1.45 acres and cutting the floor area ratio from 0.72 to 0.62. Board members split on a 1.25 spaces-per-unit parking ratio, about 57 spaces, with some favoring 1.5, or 69 spaces.
The board approved a Parker Road accessory unit after lot coverage fell from 20.2 percent to 16.5 percent, plus a special permit and finding for a Daytona Avenue two-family whose 1966 permit listed it as a single-family. A development agreement still awaits city solicitor review.
