FRAMINGHAM — The Zoning Board of Appeals approved variances for the Waverly Street housing project and a Coburn Street garage addition. The Waverly Street approval covers four multifamily buildings at 729-733 Waverly Street, with 46 units and 58 parking spaces in the revised plan. Conditions include a 1.25 parking minimum, owner-occupied condominiums, inclusionary housing, no more than three bedrooms per unit, and administrative approval of any unit reduction.
Attorney Paul Galvani, joining remotely, said the developer accepted the revised development agreement. A member said they would not adopt a provision letting the mayor renegotiate conditions. The board also approved a vertical extension of a garage at 28 Coburn Street, and it has no July applications.
