Planning Board · Meeting of October 15, 2026

Framingham Planning Board approved a Mill Street lot split and delayed a bigger Concord Street review. The board voted 4-0 to endorse an Approval Not Required plan at 186-187 Mill Street, letting applicant Camilla Da Silva, who hired Cornerstone Engineering, divide the property after partially removing a two-car garage to meet setback rules. The board then voted 4-0 to continue PB0326, a VTT Framingham Renaissance LLC redevelopment spanning five parcels on Concord and Kendall streets, to November 5 at 7 p.m. after attorney Joseph R. DeKette's letter requested more time "to update its materials as discussed with the board." A member called it potentially "the fastest meeting in planning board history." Members Elsiana Zhaka, Matthew Cuneo and Mitchell Matorin voted on both items; Steven Dube was absent and new Associate Member Saleema Adel had not yet been sworn in.
