Framingham recorded 20 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, per South Middlesex Registry of Deeds filings. Twelve sales listed a price, ranging from $491,000 to $1,389,000, with a median of $815,000. The month's top transaction was 132 State St. at $1,389,000. Eight of the 20 transfers had no disclosed price and involved matching or related names on both sides of the deed, consistent with family or trust transfers. Sales spanned single-family homes and one condominium unit, with no street accounting for more than one recorded sale during the period.
